Over the last 20 years I've spent a lot of time in many industries, but always with a similar focus, working with professionals on asset management, strategy and leadership. I've worked primarily with boards and executive teams and senior leaders, in industries like mining, railways, ports, utilities, power, water and defence. 

I'm passionate about the importance of leadership across industries and in different types of organisations. I'm also really passionate about empowering leaders in to reach their leadership potential and to empower their own teams. When you have leading people working within your organisation who are passionate about what they do, it helps you to become a leading organisation: in your industry, in your sector, and in the wider world.

My book Leadership Assets , and my training and coaching programs, aim to empower you as a leader in your chosen field to realise your own leadership potential. I'm really excited about the outcomes that we'll see from this. Leadership Assets is all about leadership and can be applied to any industry professional.
